সবার মন জুগিয়ে চলার কোনো দায় আপনি নিয়ে রাখেননি। সবার কথা ভাবতে ভাবতে নিজেকে খারাপ রাখা বন্ধ করেন। কেউ আপনাকে দু'টো খারাপ কথা বললেই তা ভেবে ভেবে নিজেকে কষ্ট দেওয়ার কোনো প্রয়োজন নেই। দরকারে কেয়ারলেস হতে শিখুন। প্রয়োজন নেই প্রতিবার আপনার সবটা ঠিক করে নেওয়ার চেষ্টা করার। কেউ একটু ভালোবেসে কাছে ডাকলেই সব ছেড়েছুড়ে দৌড়ে যেতে হবে নাহ। বুকে জমা সব কথা হাউহাউ করে বলে দিতে হবে নাহ। বিশ্বাস করতে একটু সময় নিন, একটা গন্ডি টানুন নিজের মনের চারপাশে, যা পার করে সহজে প্রবেশ করা যায় নাহ। যেখানে কদর নেই, সেখান থেকে উঠে আসেন নীরবে। মিছে পিছুটানগুলো ঝেড়ে ফেলেন। কিছু ছবি, কিছু মেসেজ মুছে ফরমেট দিয়ে দিন। ওঠেন... অনেকটা দেরি হয়ে গেছে এবার একটু নিজের দিকে তাকানোর অভ্যাস করুন!'💜🌸
