A week ago marked a year since the Taliban seized Kabul and took control of Afghanistan. Since then, Afghan society has known many changes, most of which are far from positive. The Spanish government recently approved a bill that would change the s*xual and reproductive rights for many of the country’s citizens. The bill notably discusses abortion rights and menstrual leave.

Although it still needs to be approved by the Parliament, a process which can take months and will most likely require several amends, in the current political context when it comes to abortion rights, the bill was seen by many as a sign of hope and much needed progress. Read all about it here. Any comments or opinions are welcome in the comments. 💕
