9:05am -- Heavy rain and gusty storm band will push eastward over the next hour plus, reaching the Tallahassee metro before 10:00. Pockets of lightning included. Severe thunderstorm warning includes most counties in the central Big Bend until 10:30.

FLOOD ADVISORIES: in effect this Saturday morning. Heavy rain is leading to localized flooding in low-lying areas and over some roadways. Please be careful and avoid flooded areas. Areas under advisories are in green polygons.

Waking up to another round of upper 20s and low 30s Thursday morning. End of week and weekend highs jump to 70s, but widespread showers also accompany warmer weather.

Another cold start Thursday with lows dropping to or below freezing again. Warmer weather is on the way for the weekend but accompanied by widespread rain.

Colder mornings bring us into midweek. Tuesday brings mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 50s and low 60s. By Wednesday morning, temperatures drop to the low 30s and upper 20s!

A few lingering light showers move out early Friday morning. Blue skies mix in with clouds on Saturday. Highs Saturday will rise to the low 70s. Next chances of rain hold off until Sunday evening.

I don't know how your Thanksgiving Day pans out... but here is how mine does 😂
Thanksgiving morning starts CHILLY! Highs only warm to the low 60s with clouds filling in above. Cooler air sticks around Friday morning, and we wake up and walk out to Black Friday sales in the 50s.

Here's what you need to know about tonight's severe weather across the Big Bend and Southern Georgia. There an isolated chance across the region at seeing damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 mph and a tornado or two cannot be ruled out. Stay safe tonight!

RADAR CHECK: Tue.- lunchtime showers and storms stay to our west. The line slowly moves into our area over the next few hours. A few light showers can be found ahead of heavy pockets already.

A line of storms becomes broken as it enters the tri-state area Tuesday afternoon. Within some of those cells, heavy rain, gusty wind, and an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.

🌤️While spotty showers are possible near I-75, most of us will see more blue sky Friday! 🌤️
Drier air moves into our forecast. Parts of S. Georgia could see light showers Friday. Showers stay isolated to the I-75 corridor. Mix of sun and clouds for the weekend.

Soggy start for us in the Big Bend and South Georgia.
🌧️I would call this kind of day a 'wash out' with consistent showers all day. 🌧️
We are soaking up the showers early Wednesday morning. Midweek forecast shows cooler, breezy, and wet weather. You may have to wear a few layers under the rain jackets.

🌧 RAIN RETURNS! 🌧 After nearly a month of immeasurable rainfall, we finally can start chipping away at drought listed for most of our area!
Just by looking at our drought monitor, it's evident we need rain. Light to moderate showers fall over drought-stricken areas through Thursday. Totals help chip away at extreme drought in tri-state.

Cloudy afternoon in store, but shower chances don't return until Saturday.
As the 5K run and parade get underway in the Capital City Friday morning, fog will be patchy and dense in spots. Clouds fill in overhead during the afternoon. Rain chances rise this weekend.

Visibility reduced to a mile or less at times this morning.
Fog fills in across the Big Bend and South Georgia early. Dense Fog Advisories are in effect for most of our area until 10 AM Thursday. More clouds fill in overhead for end of week.
