In this show I will be speaking to clubs and organisations about their fans, what makes them unique and how they go about engaging with them.

In the first episode I speak with Matt Mead, Head of Education and Innovation at Chelsea Football Club Foundation. Matt gives us an insight about the varied audiences the foundation engage with (which shocked me) and using the power of the football club, how the foundation has grown to being an international force.
