اقرار الحسن کو پاکستانی میڈیا کی ایک ممتاز شخصیت کے طور پر جانا جاتا ہے، انہوں نے ابتداء میں ایک نیوز کاسٹر کے طور پر اپنے کام کا آغاز کیا، بعد میں اپنے پروگرام ”سرعام“ میں جرائم سے متعلق امور کی رپورٹنگ کرنے لگے، وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ اقرار الحسن معروف صحافیوں کی صف میں شامل ہوگئے۔

In a move to ensure transparency, Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), Mohyuddin Ahmed Wani, has ordered the print of official logos on the exterior of government vehicles. As per a notification, the logos should be printed on the car's bonnet and both side doors.

"In our continued effort to uphold transparency, accountability, and the responsible utilization of public funds, we are issuing a directive regarding the usage of government vehicles with Gilgit-Baltistan, excluding Law Enforcement Agencies," the notification read. The new orders will be effective immediately.

Directive by GB Government:

The notification further read that all government vehicles in use by various government departments within GB must bear the GB Government logo prominently displayed on the bonnet and both side doors. "Also, each vehicle must be clearly marked as "Purchased with Public Funds," it asserted.
Further explaining the orders, the chief secretary stated that specifications and sizes for the logo to be painted will be communicated to all relevant departments soon. The secretary-general's office mentioned that the vehicle would be taken back in case of non-compliance with these directives.

Pakistan recently secured the top position in the ICC ODI rankings following a 3-0 series victory against Afghanistan in Sri Lanka. In anticipation of the highly anticipated India-Pakistan clash at the 2023 Asia Cup, Indian captain Rohit Sharma, during a pre-match press conference, praised Pakistan's cricket team and their journey to becoming the No. 1 team in the ICC ODI rankings.

Rohit Sharma commended Pakistan's remarkable achievement, acknowledging the team's hard work and dedication. He emphasized that reaching the pinnacle of the ODI rankings is a significant milestone, solidifying Pakistan as a formidable cricketing force.

صدر علوی کا بیان، بل کا معاملہ اور حل:

موجودہ نگران وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات اور وزیر قانون کے مطابقصدر پاکستان کو دونوں بل 8 اگست کو موصول ہوئے تھے۔ لیکن اہم بات یہ ہے کہ قومی اسمبلی 9 اگست کو تحلیل ہو گئی تھی۔

اب جبکہ قومی اسمبلی ہی تحلیل ہو گئی تھی تو بلز واپس کس کو بھجوانے تھے؟ پہلی تیزی تو پی ڈی ایم نے یہ دکھائی کہ آخری دن تک بل کو لٹکائے رہے تاکہ جب صدر ریویو کے لیے بل واپس بھیجے تو اسمبلی ہی نہ ہو۔ دوسرا اس بل کے ساتھ ٹیکنکل مسلہ ہوا کہ اس پر اعتراضات کے بغیر واپس بھیجا گیا لیکن موجودہ عبوری حکومت نے صدر کے دستخط کی پریس ریلیز چلادی جو ہوئے ہی نہیں تھے۔

سونے پر سہاگہ یہ کہ بل گزٹ میں شائع، ہوکر قانون بھی بن چکا ہے۔ معاملہ اتنا آسان نہیں ہے۔ جب کبھی بھی ایسا معاملہ بنتا ہے تو سپریم کورٹ بطور فاٹنل اتھارٹی اس کی تشریح کرتی ہے۔ جو اس کیس کا واحد راستہ ہے۔

‏معصوم فاطمہ کی پوسٹ مارٹم رپورٹ جگر کو پھاڑ دینے والی ہے😭

پیر اسد شاہ کی حویلی میں تشدد اور زیادتی کے بعد جاں بحق ہونے والی دس سالہ ننھی فاطمہ کے پوسٹ مارٹم کی ابتدائی رپورٹ جاری کردی گئی ہے.

ابتدائی رپورٹ کے مطابق فاطمہ کا جسم گلنے کے مرحلے میں داخل ہو چکا تھا، فاطمہ کا چہرہ ایک طرف سے نیلا اور دوسری جانب سے ہرا ہوچکا تھا جبکہ اس کے جسم پر متعدد تشدد کے نشانات بھی موجود ہیں۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق فاطمہ کے جسم پر تشدد کے 9 نشانات ہیں، جس میں آنکھ، کمر، پیشانی، پیر، گھٹنے اور ہاتھ پر تشدد ہوا تھا، کچھ اجزاء کو مائیکرو بیالوجی کیلئے بھیجا گیا ہے.

فاطمہ کے ساتھ متعدد وقتوں میں جنسی زیادتی کی جاتی رہی ہے،جس کے زخم بھرنے لگے تھے، موت سے کچھ وقت قبل بھی زیادتی کی گئی تھی، دن رات زیادتی کی وجہ موت کا سبب بھی بنی ہے،

پولیس کے مطابق میڈیکل بورڈ نے فاطمہ پر جسمانی تشدد کی تصدیق کی ہے اور بچی کے ساتھ جنسی زیادتی بھی ہوئی ہے، تفتیش میں شامل سابق ایس ایچ او رانی پور، ہیڈ محرر، ڈاکٹر اور کمپاؤڈر کا بھی ریمانڈ پر لینے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے، ملزمان کو حقائق مسخ کرنے، لاش بغیر پوسٹ مارٹم دفنانے پر نامزد کیا جائے گا۔

ڈی آئی ج نوید جسکانی کا کہنا ہے کہ حویلی سے تمام بچوں کو فوری ریسکیو کر کے ان کے گھروں کو بھجوانے کے احکامات جاری کر دیے ہیں جبکہ حویلی کو سیل کرکے، پولیس کیمپ قائم کردی گئی ہے اور تمام مردوں کے ڈی این اے سیمپل بھی لیے جائیں گے۔

In an alarming development, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government added Rs18.5 trillion to the public debt in just 15 months, which was more than the debt accumulated by its arch-rival Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in its three-and-a-half-year tenure, reveals a central bank statement.

Gross public debt jumped from Rs44.4 trillion in March 2022 to Rs62.9 trillion by the end of fiscal year 2022-23, according to the monthly debt bulletin of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

The debt in a short period of mere 15 months increased at a pace of 41.7% amid absence of any credible strategy to contain it. As a result, the federal government debt, which is the direct responsibility of the finance ministry, jumped to Rs60.8 trillion by the end of June 2023.

There was an addition of Rs18 trillion in one year and three months’ rule of the PDM government, according to the debt bulletin released on Wednesday.

How to use this feature?

According to the company, HD photos have better clarity, while standard photos take up less storage space and can be sent faster.

When a user selects HD quality and sends an image, it will have an “HD” label in the bottom left corner. The company began introducing the feature for HD photos on August 17, and it will be available to all users in the coming weeks. Later, the option for HD videos will also be introduced.
