Have you taken the time to workout this quarantine period? Surely, you must be tired of staying in bed all day. Even though we are advised to stay at home, there are a lot of ways to keep moving even if you’re inside your houses. Home workouts are truly the norm, especially during these trying times. Let’s make a change in our lifestyle as we encourage you to do these simple at-home exercises! Remember, exercising does not always have to accompany weight loss. It is always healthy for both the mind and body to experience the many benefits of exercise. This workout session is only the beginning. Stay tuned to QuaranTIPS for more content!
