Brand Review (Part 1)
When you say the name ‘ ’ it is synonymous with the word as well as describing a meeting place. For many people stopping by Starbucks is a daily ritual (The Irony 🤔😂)
Through passion, innovation, and a strong sense of altruism, the brand has become a worldwide phenomenon and place for everyone to feel at home.
Locally here in TnT has mostly managed to keep their consistency in terms of taste and service. They have maintained an authentic feel to the Starbucks in the US and their menu and processes seem similar.
From the first step in, you are immediately hit with the strong aroma of that delicious goodness ...coffee, hearing the barista's calling out the customer's names, the cups, coffee for sale in baskets, mugs, etc. surely is the true representation of the
Their customer service quality is good and still remains constant. (A good thing for the brand!!) and even though we may receive our names spelt incorrectly on the cups, we can't blame the employees...let's face it...some of our names are really hard to spell 😏 (Case in point ... Omar, Umra or my all time favorite... Umora 😂)
Overall has established it's Brand locally in a short space of time by becoming a comfortable familiarity for those in need of a few minutes respite, an hour of focus, or a refreshing pick-me-up.
