1st, I wanna start off by saying I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with their families.

2nd, I want to apologize for being so busy latley.

Lastly, check out this job I did this weekend at our rental house. New sub floor, new flooring, step tread. Don’t mind the sponge bob paint job that will be gone in a couple weeks lol.

Look for me this week or this upcoming weekend I should be streaming a bit.

Worked until 1:30am last night fixing a leaking pipe under the old vanity. First we fixed the old floor, then laid down sub flooring, put down floating vinyl flooring, replaced the vanity, and installed a new sink and drain. Half the bathroom is finished. More pictures to come.
