RELAX. In this fast paced world, we tend to just go go go instead of allowing ourselves to take a moment and relax. I find myself doing this more often than not, & I'm working on showing myself grace to slow down when I have the opportunity to do so. Allowing our bodies and minds to rest is crucial for our mental health. My point in all of this is, if you find yourself going going going, stop. Realize that there will always be things to do, & you're allowed to rest before completing everything. Take a moment to slow down and take care of yourself today 🤎
