Settling back into work after spending last week at Ocean Isle for our annual family beach trip. 🌊🫶

Although I had aspirations of reading multiple books, I was quickly humbled to realize vacation with a toddler doesn’t exactly provide ample downtime! However, I got close to finishing Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman and Mark C. Winters and highly recommend!

It’s a great read for my fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking to grow their business.

🌟 Plan your content in advance. Think about your key messages, upcoming promotions, or behind-the-scenes content that showcases your business's personality.

⏰ Schedule content – with third-party tools like Hootsuite, Buffer or Later OR scheudle directly within the app or with META (for Facebook + Instagram). This way, you can stay active online even when you’re out of town and off the clock.

We were thrilled to design the branding for the recent Corks for a Cause fundraiser event, benefiting The Open Door House 🍷🌿

For several years, we've collaborated closely with The Open Door House on various marketing initiatives. This year marked a significant milestone as they launched their inaugural Corks for a Cause event to celebrate Foster Care Awareness Month in May. The organization plans to make this an annual affair, aiming to continually amplify awareness and support for youth transitioning out of foster care.

Located in Concord, NC, The Open Door House is a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycles of abuse, neglect, poverty, and homelessness among vulnerable young adults, including those aging out of foster care. Their comprehensive 12-24 month program encompasses housing, career path, education, comprehensive health, money management, and community.

Follow their journey to gain insight into the challenges faced by youth aging out of foster care and discover ways you can contribute to making a positive impact!
