"Wisdom as it Unfolds"

This is my translation of the frequency of Wisdom.

I always feel that when I try to portrait specific frequencies, each day I paint has to be filled with inspiration. And the aftermath of it... is integration. I always HAD to do shadow work after. It's really interesting, because this doesn't happen with "normal" paintings or illustrations.

And so, these always take a long time to make. It's as if each step of integration, gets me closer to the full picture I want to capture.

And so now, 3 months or so after starting, I finally have it.

Overall, I really enjoy this one and I think it adds really well to the rest of the series.

Made a little photo shoot here to show you all my last paintinhlg entitled: Love as Structure.

Since I didn't know what photo to choose... here they are! All of them! 😂

This painting represents the frequency of love as it starts to gain a physical structure and to be manifested in our reality.

It took me the month of November to finish, as each phase of this painting brought a lot of shadows to the surfice, to be transmuted.

The original is NOT YET for sale, as I feel that this frequency is being healing for me in many aspects and so I'm still enjoying it for a while longer.

However, prints were already made and they are for sale, in different sizes on my shop!

Source: Creativity and Harmony

This painting has an interesting story to it. Before starting, I meditated and made the intention to translate the frequency of Source itself into the painting.

A picture came to my mind. As I made the first strokes though, I had these two words coming to mind:

"Creativity.... Harmony...."

I heard them over and over.
I wondered if the concept of Source itself would be too challenging for me to translate into a painting at the moment, and just continued to paint.

And this is how this painting came to life! A painting imbued with these two specific frequencies, translated by me.

It was the first painting ever on my online shop (at my website www.connectingwithfilipa.com) and also the first one that was sold really quickly! 😄 And I am feeling sooo grateful! 💫 (A special Thank You to my amazing Patreon community for that! ☺)

I am feeling more and more inspired to express myself in paintings and drawings again, as I go more and more inward, along with the Autumn season that just arrived... 🍁🍂🍁

The path reveals itself again... slowly but surely 🥰🙏

I decided to photograph myself today.
With so many changes happening within, I felt like I wanted to catch this version of me while it's here.

I have many fears, like all of us. One of them, is of beauty itself.

I admire it because I deeply fear it.

While many struggle to find the perfect selfie, I often just post pictures of me (when I even post them) where I am the most transparent I can. Just another one in the crowd.

I do value authenticity. I do believe there is way too much focus on physical looks, in strict and unrealistic patterns.

But I also know that I do it not just because of that, but because a part of me is afraid of attention. Especially of that kind.

But it's ok.
I'm learning to love all parts of myself, as we walk together towards a new transformation.

And so today, I leave you with a selfie of those two that wanted to show up 😊

Everything is okay.
This was the only message I received this morning, while focusing on my breath.

I've been playing with anxiety much more often lately, related to all the changes going around in my personal life but also the world. And in the midst of that tornado, these simple words were what was sent as a powerful reminder. And that was enough for me to calm myself down again.

So I share these with all of you too, today.

This is something I had written in my room for years, as a constant reminder. I got it as a download after I was heavily doubting myself, one day.

Now, as I was doing it again, the same words came. And I decided to share them with all of you :)

When our intuition seems to be pointing to new mysterious ways, we can find ourselves doubting. In my case, that doubting is now revealing a ton of negative beliefs I had.

But after discovering them and processing them, we still have to take the step. We still have to take action.

So whatever you might be thinking about when reading this, just do it!
Be bold! Be you!
It's time to do it! Trust yourself! It will be alright haha! 🤗⭐

It seems that the past as been visiting a lot lately. I wonder if it's the same for you guys?

A lot of beliefs that I wasn't aware were still lingering, and now the invitation at hand seems to be the following:

"Will you use the tools you've gathered in your journey so far and integrate your old challenges?"

So yes, I am back to old challenges. But they don't seem as heavy anymore. I am not the same person anymore. Neither of us is, although our mind might want us to believe so. We are learning so much on our own paths, every single day.

Old challenges can finally be released.

Releasing the good and the bad. Allowing it to be accepted and finally transformed. We can't change the past but we can use it as a powerful spring forward.
(Though It might seem a bit scary in the beginning, right?) 😂

So yeah... here we go again! 💫

Allowing to let go of who we have defined ourselves to be in the past, can seem scary but it can also be tremendous act of self love.

New opportunities will rise as they never could before, as the old structures transform themselves.

It's like a constant motion of breathing in and out.

Posting this illustration I made probably more than one year ago already but that I used on my last video to show the idea of the Higher Self 😀👽

As I perceive it, we interact with reflections within our reality bubble that are a mirror of ourselves but also mixed with the interaction of another "real" being that is us AND not us 😂👽so they reflect us purely but also the other. And this is when things start getting tricky to rationally understand 😂

I've been thinking of challenging myself on my illustrations and really tackle everything that it's not my strong suit.
So, on this one in particular, I started with trying to just draw a sketchy and simple Hylah, in a pose that isn't usual for me. And that was my only intention.

Then, I started wondering... "what if Hylah is now coming for the first time to Earth?". And so, since drawing backgrounds REALLY is something I'm not very skilled at too, I looked at some references and tried it.

After that I thought about lighting and shading... "What if I can make it really pop with the background light?". Lighting and shading is still also challenging for me and so... tried again.

The illustration really evolved by itself. 8 or more hours later, I finished and was able to practice a TON 😀😀

And I reaaally like how this one looks 😀😀 It's one of those that I know for sure I will forget how I did it... it's also very common 😂👽

Guess the knowing will return again when needed. 😜😀

I've been wanting to push my drawing skills further but still taking things veery slow on that area 😆 Still not sure of what I want do do.

I made this one days ago already but wasn't really sure where to take it (or if I was fully satisfied with it tbh 😜). And so there is this mix of a sketchy look and a more polished one. Might still tweak it soon... or probably not. Not sure yet 😂 We'll see! 😊
