ପାପଡି ଚାଟ୍ || Papdi chaat recipe in odia/sambalpuri
Papdi chaat is a famous street food..It can be best enjoyed as a evening snack ,as a starter recipe.

Ingredients

For Papdi
Maida - 1 1/2 cup
carom seed-1tsp
oil /ghee - 2 tbs

For Green chutney

A bunch of coriander
A bunch of pidina leaves
ginger - 1 inch
Salt as per taste
water as required

For red chutney

5-7 soaked dry red chilli
garlic - 20 cloves
Salt as per taste

For sweet chutney

tamarind - a medium lemon ball size
jaggery / sugar - a medium lemon ball size/
1 tsp
salt- 1/2 tsp
chaat masala - 1 tsp
water - as required

For plating

Chopped coriander
Plain yogurt
cumin powder
Chopped onion
Salt
chaat masala
sev
pomegranate seed
