Back!
Lights.......camera...........action. Let's get this thing started!
Our staff is anxious to open the doors and we're very optimistic that live music will return this Summer.
I'd like to announce that starting Monday, March 29th our first-floor box office will be open. Regular hours will return to Monday through Friday 10:00am-4:00pm. We have now implemented new ticketing software, so we ask for your patience in case we have to work out any bugs. We think the improvements to our ticketing system will be appreciated and will be an asset going forward.
Wait until you see all of the shows we have to announce! We're very proud of the lineup and will be putting new concerts on sale every week.
Please continue to check our website (www.RivieraTheatre.org) for our complete lineup, as they all have been rescheduled (some of them several times). We feature 120 shows a year (when there isn’t a pandemic), and enjoy the concert experience as much as you do. Your continued support is valued so we can continue to bring you top entertainment in Western New York's favorite concert venue.
If you have tickets to a rescheduled show, the tickets you currently have will be good for the new date. No further action will be required by you. You can simply use the tickets you have. If you are unable to attend the new scheduled date, we will work with you to exchange the tickets for another show of your choosing. Some of you might be wondering about refunds. The Riviera is a not-for-profit theatre and relies on your continued patronage to help keep the doors open. If it is truly a refund that you are seeking, your funds are secure and we will be able to deal with all exchanges or any refunds when our box office opens next week.
Your patience is more than appreciated, especially after what we have endured over the past year. It goes without saying that we still face uncertainty going forward, so flexibility with scheduling and seating due to capacity limits might have to be dealt with. With your help, we will make this work and get live music back into our lives. It's time to turn on the lights.
