This new platform helps people find jobs where they can fulfill their potential. Through a series of bite-sized case study questions that are gamified to showcase the hiring process, job seekers and hiring managers can find the perfect match without relying on a personal network.

The name comes from the words of soon-to-be-canonized Bl. Giorgio Frassati, who wrote “Verso l’Alto,” meaning “to the heights.”

Joe Dunikoski, co-founder of Forum 56, is a perfect example of how work is good and where you do it matters. Benefiting from corporate matchmaking, Joe launched his career with Lucid Private Offices—which also houses The BeatiDudes studio—five and a half years ago. He started in sales and now works in data and digital marketing for the company at the ripe old age of 23.

Joe graduated from the University of Dallas in 2023. During college, Joe co-founded Forum 56, a professional development organization that helps liberal arts students. The name is inspired by the Roman Forum, the birthplace of industry, and 1956, the year the University of Dallas was founded. The organization's purpose is to help these students learn the hard skills and limit the amount of “catch-up” they need when beginning their careers in the real world. The real beauty of Forum 56 comes from the corporate connections and human relationships formed.

Ever a professional, the well-dressed Stephen Henley joins the BeatiDudes to talk about the journey of his life on the way to becoming the president of Legatus International.

Stephen spent two and a half years discerning the priesthood where he wrote his vocation story – aptly titled, God’s Marine. After discerning out of the seminary, the military theme continued, and Stephen joined the Marine Corps.

During his time in the reserves, Stephen ended up in Florida, which proved to be an essential stop in his journey. Not only did he meet his wife during his time in the Sunshine State, but he also started his professional career by working at Ave Maria University. Like Legatus, Ave Maria was also started by Catholic business hero Tom Monaghan.

Cistercian Monk Fr. John Bayer completed a 1.1-mile pilgrimage to join The BeatiDudes for a special on healing.

Earlier in life, Fr. John had reached a point of chronic pain and bizarre food allergies. While searching for a cure, he began working with Dr. Kevin Majeres. This led Fr. John to practice mindfulness and reframe his views of pain and discomfort.

Brian Manhart, a friend from just outside of Lindsay, Texas, joins Paul Kolker, Nick Bezner, and Jeff Schiefelbein for a breath of fresh podcast air. Brian is the President and CEO of the Lone Oak RV Ranch & Retreat.

Throughout his early career, Brian was told he would never find a job that matched his unrealistic view of work. He wanted to be indoors and outdoors, part-time with adults and part-time with kids, doing meaningful and fun work, etc. Through an incredible series of jobs and moves, including a job at a water ski camp for wealthy families in the Northeast, Brian eventually landed the opportunity to own an RV and retreat destination in North Texas. Everything Brian had experienced up to this point now made sense and allowed him to build Lone Oak, the place you visit when you just need to hear your heartbeat again.

Brian believes the world has become overstimulated and distracted. He's spent decades creating the ideal experience to lead others into their best life through youth camping, retreats, speaking, writing, coaching, and RV experiences. He is known as "The Encourager" and lives each day like it is his last.

David Rinaldi, President of NET Ministries, shares an incredible journey of faith and hope in this BeatiDudes with Paul Kolker, Nick Bezner, and Jeff Schiefelbein.

During his days in college, David enjoyed Bible studies and small groups with friends who were mostly anti-Catholic. During World Youth Day in Denver, David reluctantly took a youth group to hear Pope John Paul II, during which he experienced a conversion of heart that brought him back to Catholicism.

David’s post-college experience in the Air Force also played a formative role in his faith journey. He and other friends wanted to evangelize young people in Minnesota, and that was when he first encountered NET Ministries. This group had already been established to do exactly what David felt called to do in his heart. Years later, he told his commanding officer in the Air Force about the pull on his heart for ministry, and that man proceeded to pull out his Bible to join David in prayer and support.
