Hey!
Has been a while since my latest post.
I had decided couple of weeks ago to limit my usage of social Media in Order to detox a bit from that noise, and i really enjoyed.
I did invest more in "offline" activities that I love, like:
spend more quality time with girlfriend and friends, read and learn new stuff, cook, walk in the woods, meditate, work on layd back projects...
I can only raccomend to everyone, to take a break for a while (u'll find out how long) and just enjoy life as it is, of whatever does really matters to you.
Without FOMO-ing the last post or tendency
Well that sayd as a friendly reminder, from now on I'm going to keep posting on a regular basis although I'll limit my IG usage to a maximum of 30 min daily(there's an in build option in the IG-App settings)
I do believe is for now a reasonable amount of time of Daily life to invest in.
Then after all the scrolling, what does it really matters to me here is:
-Have fun
-Make new friends and keep contact
-Learn everyday something new
