Happy Friday friends! I thought I would do a fun post about what’s in my makeup bag. I kind of circulate through different products. I’ve been loving a peachy/bronze lip lately and I’ve been using more bronzer on my cheeks and highlighter on my nose, Cupid’s bow and cheekbones. Happy Monday friends! This past weekend I was playing around a little with Gel X nails. So no, my nails didn’t get this long overnight lol. I don’t know if I could maintain this length anyways. In any event, with the release of I wanted to do some Barbie inspired nails. I used The Queen Takes Her Tea With Milk as a milky base and Grateful and Kind as that perfect Barbie pink.

Check it out friends, I think I am going to call this one “Cotton Candy Nails”. This bright pink color is pastel but punchy. It’s “SE” with “Strawberry Scone” as a base. I know, I moved away from my beloved The Queen Takes Her Tea With Milk and trying a different base. Strawberry Scone is a milky base with a pink undertone. It’s not as n**e colored as TQTHTWM. So I am hooked on The Queen Takes Her Tea With Milk lately. This milky light beige tone is so me and the awesome base for some nail art. I used the color “Sleeping Bag” which is a pale mint color that compliments the milky color so nicely. The white color is “HD”. As well, regular polish doesn’t really last more than 48 hours on my nails, however lately I’ve been using 1-2 coats of clear dip powder as a base and that helps my regular polish last a week or more. I know some people use builder gel as as a base for the same purpose but I find builder gel harder to remove. Anyways, what do you think of this combo? //PR//

Happy Friday friends! released a new product called their Instant Pore Perfector and I am all for it. I am a total fan of primers, I have tried out soooooo many. The pores on my nose seem to be insanely noticeable to me. In any event, I love finding products that help blur this a bit. Not only does this product help do this but it’s also a multitasker. It has Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid and Mushroom Extract that helps improve skin texture. It also has a muted green tint to it that helps reduce redness. What’s even better is that does not contain silicone. I have oily skin and it definitely works well with my skin. This has quickly become a favorite of mine!

Alright friends, I’m jumping on the eiber nail trend because if you know me I am all about the light white/pink neutral nails. This style is so up my alley! If you saw my post earlier this week my nails were short. I couldn’t take it anymore and I added nail extension tips. I’ve been totally digging the almond nails lately. In any event here’s my version of the glazed donut nails. I used two coats of Seaglass Collection Dip Powder in the color Frosted Glass. I used their non-wipe topcoat. Then I went back in using iridescent nail powder. The chrome powder had a bit of a aqua tint to it when the light hits certain ways but I couldn’t capture that in pics. I think next nail look I do I will try this look with a gelly pink. What do you think? Are you feeling this nail trend?

Hello lovelies! As most of you guys know how obsessed I am with . I have been struggling a bit lately with thinning hair. I’ve been trying a lot of different things, however one of my favorite products lately has been Amika’s 3D Daily Thickening Treatment. Hey guys, I wanted to share with one of my favorite lip products. I had a chance to try via earlier this year. I loved it so much I bought several more. This product feels a bit like a liquid lipstick. It feels weightless on your lips. Lip products sometimes dry my lips out but this product is smooth and silky with an almost matte finish. My daughter has been using the salve in the other flavors for a quite some time and I have to say that I love the versatility of this product. This can be use for the lips and dry spots. The Sakura flavor has a hint of rose and flowery scent upon application that fades a bit as it wears. It contains rose extract, lanolin, jojoba and cotton seed oil. What do you think? It’s Thursday friends and I am here for it!! I wanted to share with you the trifecta! These are some of my go to favorites. The Green Clean Cleansing Balm is amazing, it literally melts all makeup and dirt off your face effortlessly. They have a totally unscented version but I actually love the original formula. It has a subtle citrus smell. As well, the Honeymoon Glow is amazing. This is a staple in my skincare routine. It has AHAs to help resurface the skin. I alternate this during the week with my retinol. As well, I use a Vitamin C go to along with it at night. The Honey Halo is also a favorite of many. Happy Tuesday friends! I haven’t shared any nail photos in a long time. I have been shooting swatch photos for a nail brand but since I just wrapped up a project last week I wanted to play around with my nails. I know my nail beds are very long already however, I have always been a little intrigued with adding a little length to my nail. just launched their C-Curve nail tips and I have to say that I am quite a fan. The glue dries so fast and it’s really easy to apply. My only wish is that the tips came in shorter lengths. By the time I cut the stiletto tip down to my desired length it pretty much looked square. As well, I used their Cover Acrylic All In One Powder using the dip method in the color Pale Pink. I love the milky pink color, I’m currently obsessed!

P.S. I also tried Gelly Tips and I wasn’t a fan. I took those off after two days, review coming soon!

Happy Thursday friends! I wanted to give you a little peek into new Spring Line Called Fresh Perspective. Naturally I went straight to the pink/neutrals. The base color is this lovely mauve called “Forever A Classic” Then I did a little nail art on my pointer finger. Living Proof gifted me their Full Dry Volume & Texture Spray and routine. I had already tried several products and have really enjoyed everything I have tried. I have to say that all of their products smell so so good. This texture spray has such a lovely smell and helps give my hair a little boost of volume.
It’s not sticky but gives your hair a bit of “ooomf” if you want to do a little backcomb and add to spray to get the perfect style. I think this is one of the first products I’ve used on my face with Argan Oil and let me tell you, it is so wonderful. This whipped eye cream contains pink algae that helps smooth wrinkles. I found this eye cream to be very rich and nourishing. This was a nice treat for my eyes at bedtime! Even bigger bonus is that t contains retinol to help combat against aging.
