Andy dives into an administrative concept by having listeners consider how much time, money, energy, etc. is put into each of the five core areas of the church. But to make those areas work, a sixth area is needed. Where is your church? Where is your ministry? Where are you in relation to these area...

The level of D4 is the final step in our journey from staunch atheist to dedicated disciple. The key word for this level is empowered - as they are empowered and can look to empower others as well. Listen in at https://buff.ly/3gK5BIt.

The fourth and final step in the discipleship process is D4. At this step, people move from engaged to empowered. And because they are empowered, the should seek to be empowering others as well. Of course, every level of discipleship is important. But for those who are in the D3 level, it is an opportunity to be prepared for leadership responsibilities (as a D3 and further as a D4). Engagement is the key term here. Listen to more about D3s at https://buff.ly/3uCfQXo.

07/02/2022

This week's episode covers the level of D3, which is really about moving from involvement to engagement. The D2 level is critical for growth, but the D3 level allows for a deepening of faith and service, and can lead to opportunities of leadership. Listen to the latest episode at https://buff.ly/3uCfQXo.

The third step in the discipleship levels (D3) is one when  true engagement begins. While people need to connect with others in the previous levels, in this step, the service becomes about moving from involvement to engagement. Deeper, and more focused, study is a part of this level as well, al...
