HON. TANDAZA SAWA BLASTS OFF THOSE AGAINST THE NG-CDF SCHEME ; Calling It a Blessing To All Constituents Countrywide !

Electee of the National Ng-Cdf vice chair and Matuga legislator Hon. Tandaza Sawa had his guns blazing,today Wednesday evening, faulting those against the Ng-Cdf kitty as ill informed.

In a live Ktn segment hosted by Cecilia Wakesho,the vocal politician termed the ongoing friction as ignited by the earlier Cdf act of 2003 that saw it's exits after it was successfully challenged in court,pending the birth of the 2010 constitution.

While defending the new entry of the 2015 Ng-Cdf act, the Matuga lawmaker termed the scheme as self based,strictly placed to be run by appointees of independent select committee,with parliamentarians kept at bay to play their oversight roles,away from the Cdf act where lawmakers were mandated with a full engagement of the management of the fund .

While revealing their latest plans to increase extra funds to the kitty,from the current 2.5% up to 5% from the parliamentary budget,with plans underway to propose a bill on the same.

Throwing his weight on the proposals of a county ward fund,the legislator termed it critical ,settling his argument of possibilities of some county wards missing out development projects as may be occasioned by political differences between county governors and their MCA's.

It is never easy sailing through your career goals from a humble background but Justine Chirume,going by the stage name ' JB WISE ' has beaten all odds to become a rising star to be celebrated in the music entertainment scene.

The 31year old and holder of a diploma in legal practice, saw his music talents from his teenage that earned him his 'Msanii' nick name to grab his aspiring moment that saw him swim through the many rough tirades to achieve his current popular stage name,going by ' JB WISE'.

It was until 2017 when this talented youth saw the mercy of 'Matuga Talented Team', a Tandaza Foundation sponsored program that would later able him see the light of the day ,to be exposed to many other stakeholders in the music industry.

Justine's rich talents kicked off to another level later after as he came to embark on recording songs that ignited his music career to participate in the 'Voice Africa' platform that empowers talents from across the African continent .
