Ingredients:
6 pcs. boiled egg
2 pcs. garlic
1 small onion
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. soysauce
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
2 pcs. bay leaves (dahon ng laurel)
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
salt & pepper
Procedure:
1.Gisahin ang bawang at sibuyas.
2. Ilagay ang itlog at iba pang mga sangkap at haluin.
3. Pakuluin at palaputin ang sauce.
4. Ready to serve na. Enjoy .

PORK LECHON BELLY
Ingredients:
2 kilo pork belly
1 whole garlic (sliced )
1 medium sized onion (sliced)
1 bunch of lemon grass (pounded)
1 bunch of spring onion
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
Kitchen twine (pantali)
PROCEDURE:
1. Slice the pork belly in the middle to flatten it.
2. Make a little vertical slits for easy wrapping.
3. Combine the other ingredients. (Salt, pepper, garlic and onion).
4. Put the mixture in the pork belly. Rub it well. Make sure it is well distributed.
5. Fill it with lemon grass and the spring onions.
6. Roll the pork belly tightly and tie it with kitchen twine.
7. Cook it in the oven at 350f for 2 hours.
8. For extra crispiness. Boil 1 cup of oil, make sure it is very hot and pour it on the pork belly.
Enjoy the CRISPY PORK BELLY.
