A weightless fluke is a great bait to throw in the fall! Because of its versatility as a bait, it is often ranked high in many angler's choices of baits to throw this season. It can be skipped in those hard-to-reach places on the lake and also is handy at triggering those schooling bass that are feeding on shad to bite. One of the many cool ways to fish this bait is to throw it on a Donkey rig, which is two flukes rigged so that they appear to be two shad darting around in the water column! Allowing you to catch two bass at once, this rig makes this bait even better for schooling fish.

A squarebill crankbait is a great bait to fish during the fall transition. Whether you are fishing shallow structures such as docks, or laydowns. One way we like to fish a squarebill is to find a school of shad and crank it through it!
Suggested baits!
KVD 1.5, 2.5, 4.0, Squarebill crankbaits, we prefer shad look-alikes!

Everything loves the chigger bug! During a recent tournament i was fishing a PB&J football jig paired with a Berkley chigger bug, and this catfish came up and inhaled my jig!

After two hard days of hardcore fishing the 2-day Benefit Tournament was held in memory of an avid angler Cory west, we came in 3rd place in our first fishing tournament! Held by Hill city Bassmasters, Bigmouth Bassmasters, and Rippin lips bass fishing!

Finally!!
I caught my first big catfish using bread! So here's the deal, I chummed the water with some bread, And this guy came up instantly! And therefore I was able to hook and successfully land this nice catfish!
