AD 💙 Do you remember and her dog Benji? Well I’m sure Winnie is his long lost sister and has been sent to watch me/partake in my training 😂 At this point I am thinking about getting another echelon just so that she can run alongside me when I am unable to get out on the road 😂
My four castles training is back in full swing with under three weeks to go after a whirlwind of a couple of months and my training been pretty much non-existent because of hospital visits and stress. So I am UNBELIEVABLY glad to be back running!
Now if your feed is anything like mine recently you’ll be motivated and inspired to start running. People start running for a variety of reasons. Some run because they want to lose weight, improve their health, compete in races, or try something new.
Whatever your reason is for running, you’ll experience many physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the sport.
So if you’ve not already been convinced to start running here are some non- appearance based reasons why you should start:
1. Excellent way to strengthen your heart
2. Increases bone density
3. Improves your immune system
4. Great social opportunities (join an inclusive run club!)
5. Raise money for charities when entering races
6. Good for your memory
7. Improves your energy
8. Makes you feel good! Get those endorphins firing!
9. Stress relief
10. Increased libido
My echelon has been the thing that’s held it all together, when I first started I felt self conscious, the weather has been rubbish and I’ve got 4 children. So getting out isn’t always possible, I owe this machine so much! It’s great, so if you fancy starting out, or adding in a new dimension then this is the one ☝🏼
