On the other news, the murder case of the late Jane Makandi who was brutally murdered in Nkubu town where her body was recklessly dumped in Githongo area was today postponed.
The hearing was postponed for a further investigation by the prosecution, since they didn't met the threshold of burden of proof which must be beyond reasonable doubt, the presiding magistrate declared.
The main suspect was to remain at Nkubu police station to allow investigations by the prosecution and a case to answer.
Further the legal experts and lawyers, have made commented that the accused is likely to be put into remand for quite sometime if by any chance it's found that he has a case to answer and if the prosecution meets threshold on the same.
This case will later be heard at Nkubu law court after the prosecution is done with their investigations.
The other case on the deceased has been referred to Meru law court which has both geographical and monetary jurisdiction go hear on the same.
