Dear Customers
I must start this message with a wholehearted apology. There are some of you who placed orders, and paid for them, some time ago and have not received your images or a refund.
I am truly so sorry.
I don’t wish to make excuses for the lack of communication, but I would like to give you some insight for you to have a better understanding of the reasons behind it.
During the latter end of 2021 my health declined rapidly and I wasn’t in a position to manage my page. I gave full control to another person, who I believed was answering your messages. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, the person badly let me down, and I wasn’t made aware for quite some time.
Following that, my little cubs and I (pictured) have been adjusting to our new life as a trio. I’m sure any Mama can resonate with how difficult it is with little ones, only my little men were born with some bonus superpowers. We are a nonverbal autistic household so we communicate a bit differently and changes take some more time to get used to. They are otherwise your typical run of the mill goofballs 💙
So that’s a very brief summary of the challenges I’ve been facing and, whilst it doesn’t pardon the inconvenience I’ve caused so many of you, I hope it brings some reassurance that it was never intentional.
I understand that some people have taken to ‘naming and shaming’ me and, quite honestly, I would have done the same in your position.
All I ask now is that you allow me the next week to respond to everyone’s messages and find a solution to make things right. There are hundreds of messages but I will speak to everybody as quickly as I can, I promise.
If you’ve made it this far then thank you. I will be in touch with every single one of you as soon as I possibly can.
