Were your school dinners good enough to sell on ? The brunches at St John Bosco Arts College - Liverpool are popular both with students at the school and people in the local community. Link here to a piece I recently recorded on the initiative for BBC Radio Merseyside.

St John Bosco Arts College school brunches are so good, they sell on a food delivery app.

Fraid I have some very sad news to share. Graham Trust, who was the lead singer and guitarist with the Liverpool band, The Vow, passed away on Monday evening. He was a great musician and a top bloke. As you can imagine, all of his family and friends are devastated. Fortunately, we have some happy memories of time we spent with Graybo and the band have left us some great music to listen back to.
One of my best memories was getting the opportunity to feature on Disconnect, which the band released as a single a couple of years ago. Anyway, link below to The Vow’s latest single, Spread Some Love which was released a couple of weeks ago. It is an absolute belter.

This evening, just after the 8 o’clock news on All Things Rock and Indie with Mandy Woodman on Ultimate Radio, you will be able to hear an interview I have recorded with Graham from the Liverpool band, The Vow. During our conversation, not only do we talk about the band’s new single, Nothing in this World, but we also discuss the process of writing and recording rock and Pop songs. If you haven’t heard the radio station before, you can tune in by saying to your EchoDot, if you have one, enable Ultimate Radio. By the way, if you like rock and indie music, Mandy’s show on a Thursday evening is well worth listening to. You will hear tons of new tracks as well as some old favourites.
