This month was a lot and I'm just really proud of myself.

I'm proud of myself for taking that extra mile, I'm proud of myself for giving 30% on the days when I only had 40, I'm proud of myself for letting things go, I'm proud of myself for transcending and pushing through, and I'm proud of myself for taking it one step at a time no matter how hard things get.

I know you've been there too, so before this month ends and before we start with a new one, I hope you also take credit for your awesomeness and be proud of yourself even just for making it today. 🫶

One of the greatest lessons I've learned from "Hamilton" is that no matter what you do in your life, you have no control over how the people you left behind will tell your story.

I didn't have the chance to meet Sir Tugadi. Doing this tribute feels like meeting a new person, but without the actual person. Every day, we learn something new about him. And as we worked on this tribute, we heard stories about his passion, kindness, and the life he led.

Sir Tugadi, we are telling your story. The lives you've encountered, the students you've taught, the colleagues you've worked with, and the hearts you've touched.

Rest in peace, Sir Tugs. You'll always be in our hearts.

About a month ago, I got this amazing opportunity to be the Department Head of Theatre Arts for iKonek (a school organization). Since then, I have been overthinking everything about it as it is the most unexpected thing that happened to me this year.

Fast forward, last October 26 and 27, I finally held the auditions for my Department which still feels like a dream. It was my first time organizing an audition and being the main critic for it. It's a surreal experience. I remember I was so nervous that when somebody mentions their nervousness, I just want to tell them that I'm nervous as well just so I can release my nervousness a bit.

The auditions ended on a good note, thankfully. It wouldn't have been successful without the help of the people around me; Ma'am Ar-Ei (iKonek adviser), Ate Johanne (Graphics and Promotion Head), Karl and Cyril (event photographers), and to everyone who went to support and audition for the Department.

I rarely mention it but it is one of the most amazing experiences I've had in a while. Nothing but gratitude.

I'll be doing a Saturday Night Jam this Saturday, May 21, 9pm. I'll be singing your all time favorites as my thanks to everyone who supports and continue to support me and this page.

However, I'm taking a break from streaming and livestreaming for I don't know how long because I want to pursue other things first. So this Saturday Night Jam will be the last livestream until I get back. So I hope you'll come, and if you have any requests, I'll gladly take them.
