I am incredibly addicted to honey, especially when I’m sick! I use add it to my tea or I’ll just use it as fast energy before a workout. I found the best honey I have EVER tasted in a grocery store in North Dakota and grab some every time I’m out there. But I just found out they sell it on Amazon! I prefer it in a glass jar so that I am not just eating microplastics every time I indulge.

Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to stand by my Barnabas Brother, Marc, as we prepared to let go of our burdens. In this picture, you can see us holding stones, each inscribed with the challenges and struggles we’ve been carrying. We gathered by the lake to pray over each other and ask for strength, guidance, and peace. As we held these stones, we poured out our hearts, sharing our deepest concerns and supporting each other in faith and brotherhood. After our prayers, we cast our stones into the lake, symbolizing the release of our burdens and our trust in God to help us carry what we can no longer hold alone. It was a powerful and liberating experience, reminding us that we don’t have to carry our struggles alone and that we can cast our Anxieties onto Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
