In case you were looking for a sign 🆘🛑Here it is!

Not sure who said it first but boy how applicable is this to the profession of nursing and healthcare in general!

❗Dust settles, you shouldn't❗

🛑If you want to be a nurse don’t let anyone tell you, that you can’t
🛑So what if you didn’t get in for the upcoming semester, doesn’t mean you should settle
🛑who says you can’t get into a speciality straight out of school
🛑want to have a better work life balance? You can work from home
🛑need a break, travel while you work
🛑want to be your own boss, guess what you can
🛑never give up on yourself, or settle for less than you deserve. In the words of my mother the only person that holds you back, is you! Let that sink in as you prepare for this week.

🧊 We recently shared to our story a little clip of the podcast 🎙🎧interview we did with from season 2 a two part series titled “Nursing on Ice: with Nicole Kupchik” the information shared, discussed, and presented to you all is SO IMPORTANT for nurses and all healthcare workers to hear‼️

🧊 Some of you may feel like you’re skating on thin ice, like you don’t have the support, resources, or energy to keep going in the position you’re in, well you aren’t alone!

🧊 As nurses, it’s easy to get stuck in the same job at the same pay and not question things.

🧊 Trust us, there’s more out there. Do not allow a corporation or anyone for that matter to not value what you bring to the field.

Who's struggling with a case of the Mondays? 🙋‍♀️

To be honest I do from time to time. It's that post-weekend feel that leaves you extra tired for Monday, especially after lunchtime, and most definitely during thunderstorms ⛈🌧.

Today is the trifecta of tiredness 😴 for .nurse.kristen
