recently launched their ‘Decade of Moments’ cocktail menu, in commemoration of their 10 year anniversary, and to say that it is stunning would be an understatement.

and the team have absolutely smashed it out of the park 🔥🔥🔥

I was lucky enough to shoot the magical new menu, with all ten hero shots showcased here…

This is without a doubt , one of my favourite shoots to date, and I am extremely proud of the results… so much so, that I genuinely can’t pick a favourite out of the ten shots.

Here are a few of my favourite snaps from my recent shoot at ’s brand new Oxford Circus site.

This is essentially a bigger, plusher version of their original site in Mayfair (showcased in my previous post).

Rest assured, the food here is just as delicious as the original, but instead of an intimate and romantic Mayfair date night spot, the vibe of Oxford Circus oozes Fitzrovia chic, perfect for London’s ‘it’ crowd gang to hang out, eat sushi and drink bubbles.

Showcased here is a selection of my favourite shots from a recent shoot I did at ’s Mayfair site. This restaurant is the epitome of a hidden gem. An intimate little spot, located a stone’s throw from Green Park, serving up Japanese fusion dishes in a tapas style format. An absolute dream offering for any budding foodies in London.

It is also the kind of food that I just love to photograph... Elegant, colourful, and meticulously presented. Pure class.

The venue is also super cute, with beautiful origami birds hanging from the ceiling, calming blue walls, and lots of nods to Japanese design/culture in the decor.

I can’t wait to go back and taste all of the dishes I didn’t get to at the shoot 🤤

Got my on at a recent shoot of ’s amazing launch menu.

Not a photography lighting technique I use often, but was fun to utilise it here on such beautiful food, for an equally beautiful restaurant.

And when combined with ultra soft light, a marble surface, and a flat lay shooting angle, these are the results…

When you turn up to an Indian restaurant shoot and the chef rolls out a trolley of fresh seafood for you to snap 🔥

Believe it or not, this is standard practice at the wonderful in Wimbledon, where diners are able to pick their own fresh seafood dinner from the comfort of their table.

I loved the concept so much that I felt the seafood trolley deserved its own dedicated carousel post.

Showcased here are some of my favourite shots from a new menu photoshoot I did at , located in in , just a stone’s throw from both St James’s Park and Green Park.

GBR stands for ‘Great British Restaurant’, and it truly does what it says on the… acronym. Delicious , served up using a combination of traditional and modern cooking techniques, by their extremely talented head chef Nigel Mendham (pictured amongst this carousel of images).

I was lucky enough to try all of these dishes during the shoot, and I have to say, they were all sensational… with a particular shout out going to the GBR shepherd’s pie, which had the most perfectly cooked lamb cutlets alongside a miniature shepherd’s pie, a hispi cabbage, and a jus that perfectly tied it all together. A hearty dish for the most hedonistic of .

For Valentine’s Day earlier this month, I was invited to the wonderful @ogniskorestaurant in Kensington to enjoy a romantic meal, washed down with @kavkavodka cocktails. Ognisko is the most unexpectedly brilliant Polish/European restaurant I have been to for a long time. Located across the road from Imperial college, and amongst Kensington’s museum district, this is one very grand location. It is the perfect polish restaurant to showcase the perfect polish vodka, which brings me to Kavka… Kavka Orchard Plum & Apple Vodka draws on the long vodka-making heritage of Poland. Made with 200 years of distilling tradition, going back to the 19th century when distilleries produced spirits to emphasise taste and individuality, rather than trying to filter them out, Kavka blends fine rye and wheat spirits, adding small quantities of aged pot-stilled fruit spirits. To commemorate the Valentine’s occasion, Kavka created some beautiful cocktails to wash down the exceptional food of Ognisko… The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish… upon entering, we were greeted with a buzzing, candlelit dining room, and smiling staff. We were then given a shot of Kavka vodka to kick off our meal, followed by a choice of cocktails and food. It was all superb… from the Kavka Orchard Cosmopolitan and martinis, to the steak tartare and polish sausage with potatoes. We honestly had the best time and left so well fed and watered. It was the ultimate thirsty foodie experience, where the food and the cocktails both considerably exceeded expectations. This is possibly the grandest pub in the whole of London, with jaw dropping interiors, mouth watering food, cocktails made with style and finesse, and tonnes of unique and stylish touches.
