How I wish I knew this before!!.....

The struggles I was facing in handling both my household and freelancing work was getting on my nerves !!....

Finally I created a routine which has fabulously worked for me and firstly I did this..

📍 Got cleared on my goals - With two different goals required different routine structures...my current goals concerns my freelancing career and be a caring home maker..

📍 Working on my time - Its so important to complete tasks by setting time line ,plan and execute it ...

📍 Be came flexible - I realized I need to adjust accordingly to my house and freelancing work by not burning out, and divided my work in two halfs of the day..

By creating routine I have set proper structure not only for my house/freelancing work but for my own time as well, or else I was fumbling throughout completely exhausted...

A sneak peak of my routine 😊

Morning Routine
• 5:00 – Wake up
• 5:00 – 6:30 – prayers, meditation and gratitude practice
• 6:30 – 7:00 – morning walk
• 7:00 – 7:30 – Breakfast
• 7:30 – 9:00– house work & cooking
• 9:00 – Start work for the day

Evening Routine
• 6:00 – Finish work and break
• 6:30 – 7:30 – Chores
• 7:30 – 8:00 – Dinner
• 8:00 - 9:00 - zoom call
• 9:00 – 10:30 – Family time
• 10:30 – 11:00 – walk
• 11:00 – Bed

Basically creating the routine defines I'm working towards my goal ..

📍Positive self talk - Make this a habit of positive self talk ,infact I do always...
I think of the positive morals that I follow it feels good n keeps me motivated...

📍 No one is perfect- From the beginning you stumble and make mistakes, but learn, rest and continue than quitting...

📍 You know yourself better- Focus on your strengths and always work on your weaknesses...

You don't have to be extreme just consistent.

📍 Considering a smaller community which is more engaging ,isn't it better than a larger audience who wouldn't care much about your content.

📍 Your contents performance is measured through Engagement.

📍 Engagement makes your account more authentic.

📍 Excuse the bots and people who asks for " follow back" rule and never interacts with your content.

Nevertheless there are two sides to this discussion.
Followers are important- Engagement is better.
