MINNEAPOLIS: Authorities on Wednesday filed murder charges against all four officers who pinned George Floyd to the ground by his neck while charging three other former officers who were at the scene with aiding and abetting the killing.
All of them will face 40 years of jail sentence according to criminal complaints released Wednesday. But the arrests did little to deter nearly 10 days of nationwide protests.

Any with a body temperature above 38 degrees Celsius will be entry into Saudi Arabia's .This is in line with the health protocols prepared by competent health authorities, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) as stressing on Monday.

GACA's assertion comes within the precautionary health measures taken by it at all the 28 airports in the Kingdom.

Prior to the resumption of domestic flights in the Kingdom on Sunday, GACA has has issued a travelers’ guide. It includes the precautionary measures at airports and the safety rules passengers will have to follow.

Travelers are also required to disclose their medical information, especially if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, when booking flights and electronic payments are the preferred mode.

Ticket outlets at airports will remain closed to limit contact between people, GACA said.

Passengers also will need to arrive at airports two hours before departure, go through a thermal check, sterilize their hands before entrance and must wear masks and gloves at all times.

Only one piece of carry-on luggage is allowed per person and everyone must maintain a safe distance at all times, guided by special stickers on the ground. Accompanying travelers to airports is limited to those helping senior citizens and people with disabilities, GACA added.

GACA has provided all of the Kingdom’s 28 airports with sterilizers, installed glass shields at check-in points and required all staff and air crew to go through medical exams.

Airline staff, like passengers, will be required to disinfect their hands, and wear masks and gloves. Meanwhile, airports will be cleaned every three hours and planes will be disinfected after each flight.

Aboard flights, there will be an empty seat between passengers, who are also discouraged from using cash payments for services and goods purchased during the flight.

All those entering the airports should be wearing a cloth mask or other types of face coverings, the guidelines said also asking passengers to wear masks during the flight and during the disembarkation process.

From June 21, 2020, normal situations in all regions and cities of the Kingdom will be returned as before the period of curfew procedures, except the city of Makkah, with full compliance with preventive health instructions and social divergence, and care to protect the highest-risk groups from infection, especially for the elderly and those with chronic and respiratory diseases.

- With regard to the city of Makkah; the procedures are applied in the first item will be started from May 31, 2020 until the end of June 20, 2020. The second item will be started from June 21, 2020.

- Emphasizing on all citizens and residents in Saudi Arabia by taking all means and procedures related to limiting the transmission of infections, such as wearing masks, hand washing, sterilization, and social distancing.

- Movement permits for necessary, emergency and other situations during the curfew period are obtained through the approved paper authorization form, electronic permits, (Tawakkalna) application.

- Allowing residents of neighborhoods to practice walking in their neighborhoods during the curfew period referred to in (first) and (second) above, while adhering to the necessary precautionary health measures and social distancing.
Eighth : Minor pilgrimage and visiting will continue to be suspended, and this will be reviewed periodically in light of health data.

- Continuity of suspension of international flights until further notice.

-All the above measures are subjected to assessment and periodic review by the Ministry of Health to consider extending any stage or returning to taking strict precautionary measures as required by the health data.

-Punishments will be imposed on individuals and facilities that violate the decisions and instructions related to the measures of limitation the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

The official source asked citizens, residents and employers to sense responsibility, strictly follow to precautionary and preventive measures, as well as the directions issued by the competent authorities.
