Welcome to our next special guest……Balian Williamson playing the Knave of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland! 🥳. Alice in Wonderland also marks Balian’s debut for Orange Theatre Company. Despite this, Balian has been dancing at different dancing students since 10 years of age, firstly at Colour City Dance, followed by Orange Dance Centre for both Jazz and Tap. Following this, Balian moved to Dance HQ and picked up musical theatre, as well as doing tap and jazz. I am still at Dance HQ, in a contemporary and musical theatre class. In addition to his busy schedule, Balian also dances at Doves and Dimes, participating in intermediate classes, advanced classes, conditioning classes, and breakdancing. Balian also plays the Euphonium (mini tuba), an instrument he has played for the last 5 years. Balian has also been a member of choirs and drama both through Primary and High School. Following School, Balian would like to continue and study Drama.

In Primary School, Balian was lucky enough to be cast as Simba in the school show, while also dancing as the Jester from Hunchback of Norte Dame. Catch our episode with Balian on all leading podcast providers!

Introducing our next special guest (drum roll please)……….James Haberecht!

James began singing and piano lessons at the age of 5 with the Orange Regional Conservatorium and commenced formal dance training at the age of 8 with Dance Theatre of Orange. James joined OTC in 2019 as part of the crew for ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ (2019) and ‘Beauty and the Beast’ (2021), persuading him to audition for ‘Mamma Mia’ (2019), finally appearing in the ensemble in 2022.
