Wow. What a great value-for-money wine coming out of Istria! Lovely varietal Can Sauv of medium plus body with lovely primary aromas and firm, but not overwhelming secondary aromas of oak. Lovely food wine, but also works very well on its own. Goes great with plenty of friends sitting around a table 😊❤️🇭🇷🍷
