Reports strongly emerging that Michael Beale is eyeing a re-union with QPR Winger Chris Willock.
The former highly rated Arsenal and Benfica prospect now plying his trade at Beales old stomping ground Loftus Road is on course to soon become a free agent. The 25 year old left winger is thought to a be seen as a direct replacement for seemingly out-going Ryan Kent.
Willock currently has 6 goals and 2 assists in 27 championship appearances this season for the R's and 16 goals, 18 assists in 103 appearances overall. With a market value of €4.00m (Transfermarkt) although barring he signs the extra year clause the club holds he will depart London this summer as a free agent and could very well be following his former manager to Ibrox. And word is he's made it well known to his current QPR boss Gareth Ainsworth and the clubs hierarchy he's extremely keen on linking up with Beale again for the far superior Rangers and plans to make his move to the Scottish Premiership this summer.
"Technically and tactically very good" to quote former Arsenal legend Arsene Wenger who handed Willock his first team debut and had very high hopes for his future, at that time he was being coached by none other than Beale's now right hand man Neil Banfield who also spent years under Wenger and had a stint at QPR so will be no stranger to Willock and his abilitys and potential future development if and more increasingly likely when he arrives at Auchenhowie.
Will Willock be part of Beale's Rangers Revolution?time will tell.
