If you have trouble sleeping due to Tinnitus, you might try Bose Sleepbuds II. I use them nightly to produce masking sounds. They have a sleep timer (play for a fixed length of time) or will play all night. They also have an alarm. Note you can't play your own music or recordings (yet) but must use those which are bundled with the Sleepbuds. And if you have Tinnitus have your ears cleaned regularly to avoid wax buildup.
