From the Archives - I always found pre-packed low calorie chilli con carne to be low in spice, portion size and lacked substance. So I pimped the Jane Plan Chilli Con Carne (though this recipe will work for any) and served with half a jacket potato - only 557 calories, 12g fat, 62g carbs and 50g protein. Low Calorie throw in the microwave meals aren't great - so I've basically thrown on some incredible (royalty free) pop dance music and taken the Jane Plan Massaman Pork Curry (though any ready made version will do) and pimped it up with tons of veg and extra protein. Low in Calories and loads of spice and flavour. With a decent portion size!
