1) Assiming you decided what office you are running for.
2) Visit Franklin county board of elections ( Your County Board of Electiins) and let them know you want to pull a petition for Seat X & District X. Please make sure you have your drivers license or other valid IDs with you. You can also pull your petitions online, but I recommend you to go meet the staff. They will give you clear explanations of what to and not to do.
3) you will be ready to circulate your petitions and collect signatures. On your way to get your name on the ballot.
