Hi, I’m Nickole and I am a social media manager.

I love helping a business owner who comes to me and says “I’m overwhelmed and can’t stay consistent on social media”

Fear is a sneaky business killer 🔪

My first year is business I had imposter syndrome, fear, anxiety, I procrastinated because I felt so overwhelmed.

I would show up when I had confidence and then weeks would go by and I didn’t do anything to move forward.

It really took some digging to finally say enough is enough and really start showing up.

A few steps I took was:

➡️ Planning out my months ahead of time
➡️ Writing down content ideas in my phone
➡️ Educating myself everyday
➡️ Unfollowed account that didn’t feel authentic
➡️ Put the right systems in place to stay organized
➡️ Started being creative and not overthinking

This is your sign to stop letting fear hold you back and start showing up in your business.

It’s SO SO important that you understand brand awareness and the effect It has on social media.

I understand you want to show off your family and their accomplishments. However, there’s a way to do It tastefully or create a personal page and post It there!!

It wouldn’t make sense that you’re spending all your time in the marketing department helping out.. would It?

The #1 problem we hear as social media managers is “I’m not consistent” and rightfully so.

The truth is it’s hard for me to be consistent because I’m busy keeping up on my clients social media!!

Let 2024 be the year you realize that you’re not lazy because you can’t keep up your Instagram page.

It’s because it’s not YOUR job. 🤯

The biggest concern and complaint about social media is the burnout!

The first step is to stop trying to keep up with every platform. When you’re a reactive poster and only throw up videos at least minute. This isn’t doing anything for your business.

Instead > be an active poster on one solid platform, and learn the ins and outs until you’re so confident, no one can mess with you.

This is when you take the second step and move into other outlets.

It’s very important to make that switch and differentiate between your personal life and professional.

There’s a difference between “behind the scenes” & “a fancy dinner with my friends”.
