It's not yet done!
In line with National Science and Technology Week, our very own Ceelein M. Estrada, Adrian M. Cortan, Louie Jim G. Pon, and Van Aero V. Topacio attained the silver medals as the 2nd placer with their participation in the Likha: Research Proposal (Senior High School: Team Category).
After months of hard work and dedication, we are beyond delighted with how this achievement made you four jump and scream out of fulfillment.

Every living individual has the right to decide for themselves, they do what they want and do as they please, be it unlawful, immoral, or illicit. A right that is so grand, to the point that people tend to take advantage of that power in order to please their satisfaction, gaining benefit from every action they take. We live in an elbow-room world where one holds the power they call freedom by any means necessary, even if it means risking one's own.
A short, eye-opening film that depicts the reality we live in. It's not just about the actions that matter, but the aftermaths of them. There are, and there will always be, consequences behind our impulsive actions. So one has to be more careful with every decision one makes, because who knows? Karma might just be lingering right around the corner, waiting for its moment to strike without you even realizing it.
Are you ready to face your fears? the karma? And his sharp, bloody knife?
Don't forget to think wisely and use your freedom to choose properly.
Behold. Watch. See the truth.
| We would like to express our acknowledgement to our dear philosophy teacher, Ms. Abigail Quinante. Thank you for letting us take this opportunity to express our acting, writing, and video editing skills. This task helped us come to the realization that we could do things beyond our talents.
To our parents, we're grateful for your understanding, guidance, and support during the whole time we're filming this.
And to the people on and off cam, spearheaded by Kellyn Grace Manguerra and Isaiah Tuluan, we manage to accomplish another task and execute it. This wouldn't be possible without everybody's contribution and effort. Congratulations to everyone! |

We already possess freedom since the time we are born. We use it over and over again. However, how long does it take 'til we reach the maximum use? How long can we keep using that power they call "right" 'til it finally fires back at us? Until where might it take us? Apologize? Beg? Death?
Presenting “Elbowroom". A story that in every bit of action one makes, lies consequences lingering. You are allowed to misuse your freedom. Watch out!

IBALONG Presents | PhilosoFilm "Under Control"
The siren commences. Your freedom... is now limited.
In an effort to silence the masses
and also to proclaim power and authority,
the government has imposed
Proclamation 1124.
In a world where verbal quota exists,
and everything is under control
how can one be able to express herself?
how can one be able to understand?
and how can one survive?
The question is, will Nadia succeed... or history will repeat itself?
Presenting...

The Sakuting dance that originated from Abra province involves two people performing a stick-based mock fight. This tradition is significant among the Ilocano people, including the lowland and Tingguian mountain tribes. Dancers use one or two sticks, executing a combination of marching, shuffling, and precise movements while interchanging positions. The dance is a cherished part of Ilocano Christmas celebrations, performed in town plazas and homes, where spectators can offer gifts like money, drinks, and fruits, similar to caroling in the English tradition.
The traditional dance known as Pandanggo sa Ilao comes from Lubang, Mindoro. The Spanish word "Fandango," which means "A lively folk dance," is where the term Pandanggo originates. This involves dancing with an oil light, or "Ilaw," which represents evening fireflies. While holding the oil light in their hands and heads, it also depicts their exact, beautiful motions, accurate twists, and quick feet. Pandanggo Sa Ilao is danced while utilizing banduria, guitar, and Octavia, indigenous instruments from the Philippines that provide rhythmic, bouncy, and bright music that reflects the nation's festivities and festivals.
Cariñosa is one of the most popular folk dances in the Philippines that originated in the Panay Island. The Spanish people introduced the dance during their colonial years. Cariñosa means "Loving or Affectionate one" in English; that is why it is also known as a romantic or courtship dance. The dance involves a woman and a man performing hide-and-seek movements with a fan and a handkerchief.
Quite the same, yet different.
Say hello now to STEM 12- Ibalong.
