Getting ready for the official “I’m so over Wu-Flu Party”. Latest list in the comments. Please advise any more drop outs. PP still on the wait list. xx

PARTY TIME. I have been begging, and then demanding an "I'm so over Wu-Flu" party on British Mums with lots of potential yes votes. Admin wise easier for me to organise on this group. So welcome and yes if you want to join the party this is the place.
Details: 13 March 5-8pm
Place ; Café 8
Ticket Price : 150 includes one glass of wine plus 4 canapes (this is the cost from Café 8 I don't make a cent).
Capacity: 60 people MAX.
IF you want a ticket please write your name here. I will message you privately about finances etc.
I expect that we will gather some free stuff, and offers from interested companies which will come into the event, so you could win a fabulous, still to be identified, prize as well as see lots of cool Mums who have not, yet, lost the plot.

Saw this on another thread yesterday. Please share your photos that make you smile or laugh out loud

Hello Lovely Positive in Hong Kong peps..... We have done silver linings, fav foods, and advice. Now I wonder if you can help build a list of the best books to consume when you are not working. I tend to consume non-fiction academic books and haven't read a novel for months... but the last one that I did that was quite good was the SILENT PATIENT. Looking for the WUFLU recommended book list …

Okay fellow Positive in HKers - today's question in a tough one, for me at least. How do we dial down the anxiety volume in our town when its so tempting to add to the drama? What one thing (or more) could we all do that might help people feel less anxious?

07/02/2020

Welcome, again, to Positive in Hong Kong. One of the practices that helps individuals manage anxiety is the practice of GRATITUDE. Tell us one thing that you are grateful for today, or any day.

Welcome to POSITIVE IN HONG KONG... A group where we focus on positive things that happen, even during stressful times. Yesterday's challenge was to mention one silver lining from the Wuhan Flu. Today's question - since many of us are eating at home more often that we use to.. what is your best, yummiest go to meal?

05/02/2020

Welcome to Positive in Hong Kong. Can you help me? Tell me something that is anything positive coming out of the panic about Wuhan flu at the moment. I'll start. I get to sleep in at least an hour later since I don't have to wake the kids for school as early as I had to before they started learning online.
