Still focusing on improving my stamina. So far i can throw punches at full power for 2 rounds before i need to catch my breath. 😅

Pardon for not being active lately. Hopefully I can adjust my body clock and wake up early again ✊

Wasn't able to record my boxing session properly. Might buy a new phone soon. 😢

But the coach assigned to me taught me a lot. Time to improve my footwork. 👣

Saturday Jogging Session 🦵

Changed our route this time. Initially planned to jog around CCP Complex but then decided to travel from there to MOA then went back to Taft to dine-in at Ken Ken Fried Chicken Food Delivery. Cravings satisfied after 5 hours of jogging with a 12-pcs chicken wings 🍗

Wasn't able to beat my previous record, only had 6 hours of sleep these past 2 days. I really need to reduce my workload 🤦‍♂️

But still excited for tomorrow's 4th Boxing Session. Hope I can recover this evening.

Today's trip was full of surprises.

- Slept for about an hour only before jogging. Lol
- had a nice coffee talk while reminiscing our highschool memories loool
- weather favored our jogging time 🙏
- ate Subway veggie and drank a no calorie no sugar soda drink 😳
- no boxing session today, Elite Gym was being used in a shooting. Might visit tomorrow instead 🤔
- went straight to our planned cheat day which initially was samgyup but decided to go to Kenshin ramen that plays Eraserheads and rivermaya songs. 😅
- Went to cash and carry, hoping to buy an iPad Pro but store said it was out of stock for almost 2 months. Settled with an iPad Mini. A birthday gift for my mom. Pang-mine Niya sa mga live stream. Haha
- also bought a new pillow and went ahead to sleep the whole afternoon. 😴

I also broke my Fitness Boxing streak these past 2 days due to work lol. will need to restart again. 😅

Boxing Session week 2

Enrolled as a member for one year. No backing down now ☠️

Some clips from my session earlier. Felt sharp pain on my left wrist but was able to endure it. I'll need to relax next week on my daily workouts for it to recover 😅

Fitness Boxing Day 4 Progress

Still couldn't believe that I can throw more than a thousand punches a day in this game. Probably because I have a lot of stress to throw out lately. 🤔🥊

Need to learn the proper form and footing first. My balance isn't good when it comes to multiple combos. Also, the difficulty of the exercises really ramps up each day. 😅

I rarely post about myself but drastic changes has prompted me to do so.

So, pardon me about this sudden posting. I just want to take that leap of faith and change for the better.

Also, would like to make my first ever post in my gaming page memorable. :)

It's been more than a month since I am experiencing this s**t storm of emotions that just recently subsided. Still doing my best to cope up with it and trying to pick myself up again. Definitely, 2020 is the worst year for me too.

But I will not allow the remaining months to pull me down too. Needed to bounce back so I decided to be active again and change my lifestyle.

Still having a hard time balancing out all my works. Still couldn't concentrate and focus on what needs to be done. Short game streaming and exercising is what currently holds my sanity.

But I hope I can continue doing what I love to do. Just needed a new reason to push myself to the limits again.

To all those who liked and follow my page, thank you. It means a lot to me. Stay strong and keep on doing what you love too.

To myself, you did your best. Time to move on and embrace what the future holds. 🍻
