As we get closer to the end of the year I'd like to reach out and say thank you all for being here with me! We've grown so much over this last year and it's absolutely incredible!

This year has been full of ups and downs for me and I'm sure it has for a lot of you too. I know it's hard to sometimes but we have to make sure to take care of ourselves and our mental health. Something that's been helping me so much this year has been music. I know not all of us like metal music buts it's been all I've been listening to lately. The lyrics hit home for me when it's hard to convey my emotions and jamming out with music helps me express those emotions. It's like therapy for my brain.

What are some things that have been helping you get through?

Four days ago I was so happy that we hit 300 followers. Like I said it's been four days.. I've been watching my phone all day at work as the count has been increasing steadily. Made the choice to walk to my appointment today to get some exercise since it was nice out, getting set up for therapy to get my mental health more in order. It's not much but it feels nice to work on myself be healthier physically and mentally.
is important so make sure to do what you can to be the best you. Small steps are better than no steps!
