Restoring older musical recordings has now entered a new era with stem separation technology. As of today I can break down any song and put it back together . Drums too loud in an old track bounce you no longer have files for No problem, Turning up the vocal in that perfect take that just wasn't captured on the bands portable audio recorder, No problem . I could get sub par 1940s recordings and make them shine like it's the year 3000! No problem. The possibilities are endless . I see an exciting time in music as we are at a stage where the only obstacles are our imagination itself. Ai may one day wipe us all out However there are going to be some Banging remixes as the soundtrack ! .Ive just been splitting stems of some big tunes myself , so far putting Motown Vocals on DnB absolutely BANGS! Separate the stems match the key off you go ! The technology I dreamed of as a kid is now 3 clicks of a mouse.
