UPDATE ON OUR ROUTINE VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT - ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICES (DSS) ABUJA, TODAY, BEING THE 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2022:

The Court-Ordered routine visit to Our indefatigable Client - Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was conducted today at the DSS Headquarters, Abuja, where Onyendu is still being held in solitary confinement.

The fulcrum of our briefings centered on the rescheduled date for the Hearing of ONYENDU’s Appeal at the Court of Appeal Abuja Judicial Division, which is now rescheduled for Hearing on the 13th Day of September, 2022.

Onyendu received with great joy, the news of the rescheduled date for the hearing of his Appeal, as he had always urged us to take every permissible legal step to secure the approval of the Appellate court for time abridgment, particularly against the background of the extant enabling laws that sanctioned such step.

The stage is now set for the legal fireworks as every unlikely occurrence that will affect the hearing of the Appeal on this date, has been taken care of, all processes having been filed and exchanged by the parties, hence, the coast is clear.

Onyendu specially requests Umuchineke to commit next Tuesday’s special outing at the Court of Appeal into the able hands of the Almighty Chukwuokike Abiama. Onyendu also reminded UmuChineke that this period calls for total calm and concentration, while believing most strongly that this very race will surely end in praises.

Onyendu extended his sincere regards and love to you all, UmuChineke, while soliciting for your continued unrelenting prayers and support particularly at this critical time.

SIMON EKPA NOT WORKING FOR IPOB

We, the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU wish to disassociate our noble movement from the ignoble and criminal activities of Simon Ekpa and his autopilot group.

IPOB has been existing long before Simon Ekpa and autopilot group came on board. Simon Ekpa and his group are neither part of IPOB worldwide family neither do they subscribe to our operational methodology and people should therefore stop associating them with the revered IPOB under the command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Henceforth they and the general public are put on notice to desist from using the name of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, ESN and IPOB to defraud the unsuspecting public or for any of their activities. Ekpa and his group should stop their attempt to ridicule and debase the institutions our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu sacrificed all to establish.

We want to place it on record that Simon Ekpa is not, and has never been a member of IPOB. Since he does not want to abide by the ideals of IPOB he should form his own group and pursue Biafra freedom the way he is convinced and stop attaching himself to the cherished name of IPOB.

Simon Ekpa should know that the politicians sponsoring him and his group to demonise IPOB, ESN and Nnamdi KANU will soon abandon him and his sinister activities.

We want his family, friends and associates who know him to advise him to leave IPOB out of his activities. Simon Ekpa, autopilot and Umuada highways in America should stop their attemp to tarnish the hallowed name of IPOB and its security arm the ESN established by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to liberate our people from the bo***ge of Fulani terrorists nation called Nigeria.

The purported Nollywood classroom unveiling of what was termed M.Branch was a folly taken too far which simply revealed the motive and the aganda of Simon Ekpa and his sponsors. The general public should stop associating IPOB with such Nollywood movies. We are confronted with very serious existential threat and can not for any reason turn this noble cause of freedom and liberty of the Indigenous people of Biafra into a circus. Please the public and the mainstream media should be properly guided.

These self-aclaimed autopilots without aeroplanes should desist from creating the impression that thay are part of this noble family led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu because they are not.

We are calling on European Union and the world to take note of anyone trying to use the name of IPOB to instigate crisis in our land

We want to clarify that M-Branch which these dissidents are claiming to be forming in a room somewhere, was commissioned by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu many years ago before launching ESN. IPOB's M-Branch personnel do not have uniform. M -BRANCH is the IPOB international secret service . They are not in uniform Just as secret service people anywhere are not uniformed men. So, anybody claiming to be forming M-Branch with uniform is on his own.

M-BRANCH is a secret service in the ESN STRUCTURE created by MNK. No one has seen them before. They have no uniform and very few people actually know about their operations. So ask yourself why would anyone claim he has publicly launched an inteligence Unit in IPOB if such a person is not working sinisterly for a pay master in the pursuit of an evil agenda?

People should be properly guided and not allow themselves to be scammed. A word is enough for the wise.

My visit to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu today and the good lesson I learnt .
Confidence comes not from always being right but from not fearing to be wrong.Today he said things I never knew he passed through. Do you know Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was blind folded for nearly 5hours from Kenya to Nigeria ?Do you know upon arrival he was blind folded from Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport Abuja to Nigerian Intelligence Agency (NIA) for 2 days before bringing him to court and remained blind folded while in court ? Do you know throughout his flight duration he was handcuffed and his 2 legs chained to the point that blood wasn't flowing ?Do you finally know an assault rifle was pointed at the back of his head while he was being taken to NIA detention facility ?In all of these things he has remained determined and focused just for our freedom.Ipob leader must be free.

Simon Ekpa noticed that radio BIAFRA contract with UK Gov office is about to expire and he quickly open his own radio , he strongly believe that before 27 of February 2022 that UK Gov office where radio Biafra was registered will stop the radio because the contract Date is about to expire . On that note simon epka gave DOS 28/ February/2022 to collapse because he noticed that the only one who's on the position to renew the agreement is the director of the radio BIAFRA fellior to do so radio BIAFRA will stop working the only office that can renew that is the office of the director of radio BIAFRA and Mazi Nnamdi kanu is the director of radio BIAFRA so how can Mazi Nnamdi kanu do that renewer from DSS donjon someone else must replace him Sofia is the secretary of radio BIAFRA ,. So Sofia kalu only replaced our leader for radio BIAFRA contract not to expire , he quickly take the position of Mazi Nnamdi kanu and the assignment giving to him from the head of directorate went successful because if not radio BIAFRA will stop working after doing that he re-appointed Mazi back to his position,
So Mazi Nnamdi kanu still remain the director of radio BIAFRA London and nwada sofia kalu still remain his secretary of radio BIAFRA London.

Following the continued disobidence of the order of a court of competent jurisdiction by the Nigerian DSS, we the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU wish to alert the international community about these brazen disregard to and desecration of the sanctity and sacredness of the judiciary by the DSS with impunity.

It is compelling now to inquire into the reason why Justice Bimta Nyako has been indulging this contemnors each time report of disobedience to her orders is brought to her attention in open court.

It therefore goes to reason that the only explanation apposite in the circumstance of this grave infractions on the orders of the court is the simple truth that Justice Nyako is acting the script of the federal government and the State Security Services.

It is our demand that since Justice Nyako is incapacitated by circumstance beyond her control to enforce the very orders she made, She should immediately remove ONYENDU mazi nnamdi Kanu from the custody of the DSS without further delay at the next court date.

Perpetual and continued disobedience to justice Nyako’s Order with impunity without being held accountable is the only reason why the infringement has become a ritual with no end in sight.

It is to be noted that the DSS flouted with impunity all court orders made in Favour of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu between 2015 and 2016, even when a Federal High Court orders for his unconditional release, still they flouted it. Disobedience of court orders is second nature to the lawless DSS.

Justice Bimta Nyako is fully aware of the antecedent of the DSS but still chose to remand and keep Mazi Nnamdi KANU in their solitary confinement where her orders will be treated with levity and disdain instead of remanding him at Kuje Correctional center Abuja, a statutory sanctioned place for the custody of people waiting for or facing trial.

Justice Nyako is to be blamed for this continue flouting of court orders by the DSS. Our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU has not been convicted of any offence in Nigeria or elsewhere in the world, he still enjoys his full constitutional rights as provided under the Constitution. Justice Binta Nyako must ensure that our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU does not remain in the custody of the DSS if she cannot release him unconditionally in the next court sitting date of April 8th.

We, the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU wish reiterate once again to the general public that IPOB volunteers and ESN operatives are not unknown gunmen contrary to allegations by the Nigeria Army, Police and DSS agents. we have warned Nigeria security agencies to stop linking ESN operatives and IPOB volunteers or members with the hoodlums behind the kidnappings and snatching of cars in the region.

It is absolutely clear to all and sundry that Nigeria Government and security agencies and their evil politicians created the unknown gunmen in the region particularly in the Imo State because the state government wants to demonise IPOB and our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU.

We have also, severally explained that our ESN operatives stay in the bushes and forests safeguarding our mothers, wives and sisters who have been the victim of r**e and killing by Fulani terrorists masquerading as herdsmen.

ESN had no hands in the recent attack at the Isu LGA Divisional Headquarters of Police by unknown gunmen. Those attacking them are those they created to demonise IPOB and its leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU. Ironically, the monster they created to destroy ESN has turned around to hunt them. They should leave IPOB and ESN out of their problem.

The demons the Nigeria Police, Nigeria Army and DSS nurtured will continue to hunt them until they openly confess their atrocities against Biafra. They must come out openly and speak up on the mystery behind the UNKNOWN GUNMEN and cannibalism in the region. IPOB is the only obstacle they have yet they keep pointing accusing fingers at us for the same evil they commited.

The government of Imo State under the watch of Hope Uzodinma created unknown gunmen and now using Ebubeagu security outfit to accomplish his aims to eliminate our innocent citizens and youths in the state.

Ebubeagu is now the major cause of death in Imo State. They were recruited and given orientation to harm our people and blame it on IPOB and ESN. But they will not succeed in this evil mission.

Nigeria police should go and look for those who attacked them at Isu LGA not IPOB. The worst thing is that they know where those attacking them are staying but they keep on mentioning IPOB and ESN members. We are well ahead of them, and police cannot humiliate us with their fallacious and laughable allegation and media trial. We cannot accept that garbage.

NOTHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO NNAMDI KANU - IPOB

The attention of the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great and prophet of our time has drawn to the refusal by the DSS in Abuja to allow family members and lawyer to our leader, Mazi Nnamdi KANU during the routine visitation in DSS custody on Monday. We also recall that the DSS did not also allow family members and lawyer access to our leader last week Thursday when they went to see him.

We, are therefore, putting the world on notice, that if anything untoward happens to our leader, Mazi Nnamdi KANU, Nigeria government and its security agencies should be held responsible for the bitter consequences of such avoidable scenario. By then they will understand that our peaceful disposition is never a sign of weakness!

Our legal team visited DSS Abuja on Thursday last week but the DSS refused to allow them to see our leader. Today again, Monday 21st of February, 2022, Nigeria DSS denied them access to our leader, Mazi Nnamdi KANU.

For now we are not sure of his state of health or if he is still alive at all. DSS should open up and tell the world why they are shielding our leader from the family and Lawyers. Have they eliminated Mazi Nnamdi KANU ?

We are informing the international community and all diplomatic missions in Abuja to be aware of the provocative actions of DSS. Nobody should blame IPOB for anything because the Nigeria Government and its security agencies have pushed us to the wall enough. DSS must know that if anything happens to our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU, the consequences will be catastrophic.

Nigeria government and DSS Director should also know that Nnamdi KANU is prisoner of conscience and should not be tampered anyhow and there is no option for them than to release him unconditionally or they bear the consequences of keeping him in their custody for so long in Abuja. The whole world should take note of this atrocities both the Amnesty International and all reputable Human Rights Organisations across the world because his detention is going bring dangerous action in Nigeria in the near future.
