I am or used to be a baker @bb_cakesandchops I would have deleted this video but I decided to show my mistakes.. It’s not everything that is perfect😂 and I won’t share a recipe here that is not tested and trusted.
After a long day from my 9-5 yesterday instead of me to just eat and sleep, I had some bananas that I was hoping it won’t be ripe until I had time to make something with it. I checked the bananas it was overripe already. I decided to make banana bread, mind you I was tired.
The first thing that went wrong with the recipe was I forgot to add oil with the wet ingredients, I added it when I was done mixing the whole ingredients (Aunty, when you’re not making pastry😑) Another major mistake I made was I baked on high heat because I was tired and wanted to sleep.
I woke up this morning to cut open and it was not done 😭 But it still tasted good😑

1 small onion chopped
