Sorry to be in MIA, anyway once you get a visa approved to Japan, you can already purchase your tickets, once you have your departure date confirmed, book a PCR RT test, because I bought my tickets from PAL, i also used their PCR RT testing center, I booked online and paid and went there, it is open 24 hours a day and you dont even need to get out of you car. so convenient. you need to be tested within 72hours of your flight. I did my test at PAL Gate 3, I paid PHP2599 for the test via gcash, they will email you the results after a day, since i was going to japan, i needed the test/medical cert in the format required by Japan Ministry of Health. See below, please make sure you have a digital copy and hard copy of every documentation needed.

I was able to get a visiting relatives visa to Japan, valid for 3 months, for stay of 15 days. My visa got approved in 3 days, I used Friendship Travel and Tours in Dusit Thani. They are quite helpful. So friends if you have a relative who can sponsor you. Gow na sa Japan, Less tourists now.😊
