Job Role:

1. Key Account Management:

- Identifying and networking to generate business from the existing and new accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth in line with targets assigned. Proactively following up with existing clients to get briefs for events that would have happened in the previous years.

- Mapping key clients requirements and providing them customized business solutions.

- Create compelling concepts and marketing strategies as per brand requirement and after evaluating target markets.

2. Event Ex*****on & Post Event Closures:

- Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the event to ensure the delivery of creatives, art work, set design and all other elements of the event. All elements must be as desired by the client.

- Ensure the delivery of all promises to the client. Be available to address any queries of the client.

- Oversee the overall production quality of the event.

- Ensure closure of payment advice (PA) in co-ordination with production.

- Send an Invoice to the Client.

3. Compliance with Commercial & Internal procedures:

- Adhere to company processes related to PO/Contract/Advances.

- Ensure all Weekly Reports, HOD Meeting Reports are sent to Head of Department.

- Billing to client post event completion and ensuring collection of payment from clients for events executed.

4. Team Management:

- Allocation of briefs to team members & supervision to ensure that client briefs are adhered to & closed.

- Holding periodic team meetings to update/review on the team targets achieved & address pending issues.

- Assigning KRAs & making sure team member understand the job description well.

- Identifying manpower needs for the team & working in synergy with HR to hire the right talent.

- Providing orientation to new joinees & on the job training.

- Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in co-ordination with HR.

- Evaluation of performance for team member's growth.

कोविड: देश में मिले 2 लाख से भी ज्यादा मरीज, ओमीक्रान पहुँचा 8000 पार

भारत में पिछले 24 घंटों में कोविड के 2,38,018 नए मरीज मिले हालांकि आज पिछले दिन से 20,071 मरीज़ कम मिले हैं। एक्टिव मामले की संख्या बढ़कर 17,36,628 हो गयी है। देश फ़िलहाल कोविड वायरस की महामारी की तीसरी लहर में है और नया वेरिएंट ओमीक्रान भी लगातार तेजी से लोगों को अपनी चपेट में ले रहा है।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की तरफ से जारी की गयी रिपोर्ट के अनुसार आज कोविड से 310 मौतें हुई जबकि 1,57,421 मरीजों की रिकवरी हुई। भारत में कोविड का पॉज़िटिविटी रेट 14.43% है, यह दर 19.65% से कम हो के 14.43% हुई है।
जबकि ओमीक्रान वायरस के मामले देश बढ़कर 8,891 हो गए हैं, कल के मुताबिक़ 8.31% इज़ाफ़ा हुआ है। वहीं रिकवरी रेट 94% दर्ज किया गया है।
जानकारों का मानना है देश में तीसरी लहर का मुख्य कारण ओमीक्रान वेरिएंट है और सभी कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों की जिनोम टेस्टिंग करना लगभग नामुमकिन है।

मुंबई, दिल्ली और कोलकाता तीन ऐसे शहर हैं जहां पर कोविड का खतरा सबसे ज्यादा मंडरा रहा है और सबसे ज्यादा संक्रमित मरीज़ भी यहीं से मिल रहे हैं। बात करे कोविड टीकाकरण की तो देश में 158 करोड़ कोविड टीके की खुराक अभी तक लग चुकी है।
