What is it known for?
• the famous riding school of Equestrian Art
• It’s moorish Castle built in the 11th century in the city centre
• some of the most famous bodegas where they make sherry 🍷
• It is also known for its flamenco music 🎶
How long do you need?
Probably at most 1 day to see everything or two if you want to see the equestrian school (this is only open during the week)
Where to stay?
We stayed in the city centre but there is lots of easy parking spaces if you decided to stay in a hotel a little further out.
Be prepared to eat a lot of traditional Spanish tapas and try some great wine 🍷

5 things you need to know about South Africa 👇🏼

• South Africa is more affordable than you think - they work in rands and the conversion and prices make it very reasonable to eat out and to go on adventures
•Over the December holidays (summer), high foreign visitors descend upon the country. But the best time to visit South Africa is outside of the local school holidays. The spring and autumn seasons are perfect – not only is the weather generally milder, but you can snap up seasonal experiences.
•Kruger Park isn’t the only safari park worth visiting. Most people who go on safari in South Africa will probably end up in Kruger National Park. There’s nothing wrong with this But it’s only one of 20 national parks and many reserves.
• Be prepared for no wifi or cell phone coverage - you may be able to get online in some spots but you won’t get as fast wifi everywhere.
• Driving can be hectic - the roads in South Africa are crazy. Everybody has their own rules and it can be dangerous if you aren’t aware of it.
