Unfortunately due to the Sociopathic nature of the Man who infiltrated & was able to take control of this Org during a very Sad & Life Threatening Time for the Official CEO & CREATORS of this Org providing Support & Services to the Independent DIY Non Profit Non Corp Unsigned Underground Music World, officially named & shamed
Mr David Stanley Shirley of Pennine Way Millbrook Southampton Hampshire SO16 4RA...Who promptly WENT MISSING, when revealed as the Main Protagonist in Procuring Funds Loans Savings & Assets of which belonged to OUTTA PROMOTIONS -EAA & Associated Groups Orgs Crews Sites etc & was Legally Covered & Registered in line with the UK requirements standards etc.
Mr David Stanley Shirley used the Company Assets & Funds to provide himself with the Money which he then started to get Police Officers to support & assist him in filing FALSE STATEMENTS to the Police which resulted in Official but Unnecessary & FALSE ARRESTS, & After Bail Proceedings & Police Discretion Powers & Work undertaken over a Year, ALL STATEMENTS & 7 CLAIMS if CRIMINAL INTENT were found to be FALSE INFORMATION & related IN FACT to the Actual Criminal Actions he himself had undertaken by himself and his own family,
Himself and his Sister procured money from Company Assets & Accounts & used Company Assets against Loans taken under Online Accounts used which led to the Complete Loss of the Entire Business and it's Assets.
Despite the Attempts to have Mr David Stanley Shirley face the Criminal Charges which he was GUILTY of...the Police Officers involved, provided no Support and refused to File or Take Action against Mr Shirley or his family, we kno this was due to Our Presence in Society & Our Culture Race etc.
We have continued to pursue the FACTS of THIS CASE & will not stop until Justice is served.
Mr David Stanley Shirley has gone missing.. according to Police, he made one return payment of the £19,000 preliminarily agreed to repay to Replace the OP-EAA MUSIC HUB BUS & EVENTS INSTALLATION, but he closed all accounts and disappeared...anyone who knows of his whereabouts please contact OP-EAA MUSIC NETWORKS [email protected] 👍 NOT the POLICE...you know WHY...
It's a shame that this happened,as 5 years of pure hell, hard work, savings & commitment went into Launching this Org SUPPORTING KEEPIN IT LIVE n KICKIN coz SILENCE is NOT an OPTION and UNITY thru MUSIC
