It’s time!

“The first wealth is health.”

And I couldn’t agree more! Mga ka-Zettyzens, sino ba sa inyo nakaranas ng stiff neck?

Lesson learned for me this week: Huwag baliwalain ang stiff neck.

Gusto ko magspread ng awareness regarding Stiff Neck dahil hindi lang siya simpleng pain. Minsan, it can turn into something serious kaya kailangan din natin mag slow down at magpahinga.

Ngayon, nagrerehab ako at umiinom ng mga gamot for my stiff neck. Trying to maintain a positive attitude despite what I’m going through right now.

And the biggest takeaway ko in this experience is: self-care fuels your dreams.

Totoo talaga yung kasabihan na “Health is like money, we never have a true idea of its value until we lose it”.

Tulad ng ating physical and mental health, ang ating financial well-being ay dapat din natin pagtuunan ng pansin. So beshies, alamin kung gaano ka-stable o unstable ang iyong financial health today using these 4 questions:

Gaano kalaki ang iyong utang? Pagsama-samahin ang current debts sa iisang listahan, tulad ng house/car loans, credit card bills, medical bills, hulugan items like alahas, personal loans, at iba pa.

Magkano ang nailalaan mo para pambayad utang kada buwan? Masyado bang malaki at wala nang natitira pang-ipon? Aba, baka it's time to spend your money on what's really important.

Ako, yung nakakatulong sa mga tao, especially sa'ting kapwa OFWs, mapasaya sila and magkaroon sila ng good opportunity to make their dream investment. Nang sa ganon, pag-uwi nila, they can stay with their loved ones for good and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Yun bang pwede nang mag retire after 10 years. Pagkakitaan yung investments na magbibigay daan para mabuhay nang mas malaya from a system that doesn't allow them to take vacations anytime they want to, leave a stable job, or even splash out on branded stuff. Sana all, 'di ba?

Naranasan niyo na ba isantabi ang isang pangarap dahil hindi tayo sigurado sa’ting mga sarili?

Mga nakaka-sindak na tanong that will stop us dead in our tracks: keri ko ba ‘to? Masyado pa ata akong bagets para sa pagne-negosyo? Lampas na ang edad ko sa kalendaryo para tapusin ang undergrad ko, at kung anu-ano pa.

Pero imagine kung yung mga panahong ginugol mo sa pakikinig kay inner saboteur ay inilaan mo para labanan ang takot at mag upgrade ng skills to be more confident, siguro ngayon ay narating mo na ang lugar na dati pinapangarap mo lang.

Kung ano mang pangarap mayroon ka, don’t let self-doubt stop you. Mag-fail ka man, lesson learned pa din iyon, which means you’ll grow wiser. Kung magtagumpay ka, edi lahat ng problema kakayanan mo na rin lampasan.

See, win-win situation pa rin sa huli (si crush nalang kulang; Disney fairytale ending na sana, ano)!
