Way to go 11R!!

Hot hot temperatures, fireworks, and a great result! That’s how our Thursday night thunder went Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway on July 4th.

Autumn pulled us a great pill to put us starting 3rd in heat 1. We were able to pull away from the field and lead all 10 laps. It felt like the motor was blowing up on us, a quick diagnosis after the heat race and it was confirmed we were. A torn intake boot was the culprit. Got it changed, dialed the setup in and got ready for the feature.

Autumn once again pulled us a great redraw pill and put us starting 4th in the feature. We settled into 3rd for a large duration of the race. The car was handling great. Had a bobble on one of the final double file restarts and fell back to 4th. Ran there for the last couple laps. It was a great night with a great result.

Way to go Brendon! Bringing home p2 on the Blacktooth KTM

What a race! Had first place on the first lap it was a hell of a battle, second lap drove off the track and ended up stuck in a few smaller trees. Got out of that and battled back to second place where I stayed the remainder of the race. What a great time. Praying I stay healthy enough to perform like this all season. D6 big diamond was my first harescramble of the year. I never felt better. I had 3rd place in the hole shot and held third for most of the first lap when I caught a flat. Pulled over checked the bike out because the front end felt weird. Saw what was happening and took off. But came thru scoring with 10th decided it was time to turn up I didn’t drive 2.5 hrs not to finish. Caught back up to 4th after a few good battles. Finished 4th. 9/2 Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway 11R

Put a different motor on to see what it had for some bigger races at the end of season figuring there were no points implications. Went out for hot laps and went 4th quick but the motor just didn’t feel right. Kept chasing jetting all night. Went 8th quick out of 38 for time trials which put us in the invert. Started 3rd in the heat still battling the motor but was able to come 4th and locked into the show. Started 10th in the feature and finally felt like we got the motor right, car was good in the beginning but missed the setup for the end of the race when it counts. Made it up to 5th early but fell back to 7th by the end of it. Not a bad night when the best of the best show up!

TT: 8th
Heat: 3rd —> 4th
Feature: 10th —> 7th
